On Sunday July 14th, more than 50 Phoenix residents near and around the post office had their tires slashed as they slept. Phoenix police have a suspect in custody. Many of those impacted have liability only insurance which won't cover this and for those who have full coverage  the deductible may be higher than the cost of repair.  Some people have also applied for restitution with the police office but that can take months or up to a year. In the meantime, we need to come together as a community get our neighbors some immediate relief. Please donate what you can today!

As a city councilor in Phoenix, I started this fundraiser to help get residents the help they need. Impacted residents can contact  myself, Phoenix City Councilor Sarah Westover at [email redacted] with an email explaining their costs/receipt for repair. Funds will be issued on a first come, first serve basis to be used for tire repair/replacement with a cap of $200 per household.  Funds will be issued in cash and a handwritten receipt will be issued.

Please give what you can and share widely!
