Nancy & Rick Reid- Breathe Easy

Rick Reid has battled lung disease for quite a while, and it has become necessary for him to have a portion of both of his lungs removed to help him increase his quality of life. Rick struggles daily to catch his breath and even walk around the house. Nancy and Rick have been public servants for their whole lives, and now is their time of need. Rick was approved for this very serious surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Florida. This was such amazing news because he had to be healthy enough to qualify- and sick enough to need it. The recommended treatment is for Rick to have this surgery Mid-August, and then recuperate at the Mayo clinic for an unknown period of time. Nancy is so thankful she is able to go to stay by his side- but the hotel expenses will be quite extensive. The travel and extended time out of their home will be expensive for their normal budget.
