Support for Little Brian Glenney

Little Brian is the sweetest little boy you will ever meet.  He loves the color orange, his toys are like old friends to him and he has so much joy for life.  This is his story, a story of perseverance a story of faith, love and hope. His story is a miracle from God.  It all started February of 2013.  Jessica Glenney, Little Brian’s Mom had just found out she was pregnant.  As her pregnancy progressed the doctors begin to know that something was wrong and they started to share with her the options.  Her first Dr. told her to abort him and that he would never survive birth.  The outcome was unknown for little Brian but his Mom and Dad didn’t give up on him and certainly God hadn't given up on him.  We all prayed that God would do a miracle.  On September 30th 2013 Little Brian was born with some complications but doing much better than any of the other babies that were in the NICU.  Although he was born but he had some hurdles to overcome. One of these being able to eat and get enough nutrients. He had a feeding tube placed down his nose and lots of wires to monitor him.  They knew he had a genetic disorder but it was unclear just what that was.  After much testing the doctors did find out that Little Brian had a rare nonhereditary syndrome called Rubinstein Taybi. He had some heart stuff going on, kidneys and a few other issues.  He was air lifted and sent to a heart specialist in Charleston SC. where he contracted an infection in his bowl system.  He stayed there for I think about 3 months.  In fact, he spent a lot of his first year of life in the hospital.  Little Brian has had a lot of surgeries and procedures done to help him develop and become healthier.  His parents have stood by him and been his greatest support.  It hasn’t always been easy for little Brian or his parents.  Now they are faced with his biggest challenge yet when a couple weeks ago Little Brian was diagnosed with Leukemia.  He is on a 3-year treatment plan for now.  His parents can use all the help they can get.  So far, Little Brian has spent much of this year in the hospital.  It has been rough for all of his family.  My hopes and prayers for Little Brian are that he makes a full recovery from this illness and can go back to being joyful Little Brian.  Please join me in supporting Little Brian Glenney and his family.  Every Prayer and effort is so greatly appreciated.
