Support for Kayla and Elena ❤

On Monday January 23rd, Kayla was rushed to St Catherines hospital with severe stomach pains. In her 37th week of pregnancy doctors performed an emergency c-section and a heathy baby girl was deleivered. Elena Lynn Black was born healthy and perfect at 5lbs 6 oz's. Shortly after the birth of her daughter, Kayla had a seizure and suffered a large blood clot to the brain. She was immediately transported to the Hamiltonn General where she required brain surgery to remove the clot and stop the bleeding. Kayla remains on life support in the ICU at the General and is fighting for her life instead of celebrating the life of her perfect baby girl. Every day has been spent praying for a miracle that Kayla regains consciousness!
Elena is now home and being cared for by Branden, Kristina and their families and has lots of love surrounding her. With mom, dad, Kristina and Branden by her side the support for Kayla is pouring in, her family and friends are reaching out from across Ontario sending love and prayers and asking where to donate towards Elena and Kayla's care.
