Support for Jihan and Ali’s baby

As many of you are aware, Hawthorne and Essex schools sponsored a Syrian refugee family two years ago.  The Khouja-Breim family have recently welcomed a new addition to their family - a baby girl, Areen. 

A group of Hawthorne and Essex families continue to support the Khouja-Breim family as they adjust to life in Canada.  The father continues to struggle to find sufficient work to support his family.  

We are asking families to contribute a little something to help the family with the new baby and to feed everyone.
