Support for Baby Preston and Ebony

On Wednesday, April 25, 2018, Ebony Bullard was confronted with news that no new mother wants to hear: her infant son, Preston, had sustained significant injuries at the hands of his caretaker that day – his father . Preston spent several days in Oklahoma City Children’s Hospital and is still being treated for a fractured skull, hemorrhaging to the brain and eyes, and fractured rib among other injuries. Because she had only been back to work two days from maternity leave, Ebony is now on leave without pay and risks being unemployed, as Preston needs around the clock care for the next couple of months. He has several more doctor appointments over the next few weeks, and it will take his ribs, alone, six-weeks to heal. On top of doctor’s bills and co-pays for baby Preston, Ebony is still responsible and in need of money to pay for other expenses including rent, car insurance, utilities, diapers, formula, and groceries.
