Support Amelia's First Author Event

Hello everyone!
As many of you know, I have been grinding away at my freelance writing career, working toward my goal of being a full-time author.
I am trying to organize my FIRST EVER author event, which will be at Halloweenapalooza on October 14th in Ottumwa, IA. I'm working with my lovely editor, Azzurra, to put together some promotional materials and sell copies of the upcoming horror anthology My American Nightmare. The book includes my short story "We Kill the Skull Man."
I'm a teacher and a mom, so I don't have a lot of time and money. I'm looking for help footing the bill for this venture. I need funds for gas (it's a 1.5 hr drive from Iowa City) and the vendor table fee (35$) as well as money to update my author business card to reflect my new website and grow my brand. I'm sure there will be other incidentals I'm not thinking of at the moment.
If you have a spare dollar or two, please consider helping me achieve my dream. Author events like this help budding writers grow their audience and gain experience marketing their work.
I've wanted to be a "for realsies" writer since I wrote my first "Superfudge" fanfiction in 3rd grade. If you support this building block of my dream, I would be forever grateful. Thank you!
