A New Paradigm In Education

The Happy Place is the dream and vision of Mary TwoWinds, Santa Fe resident and mother whose life purpose is to create a new paradigm in education. The Happy Place will begin as a Kindergarten for 4-6 year olds, and intends to expand its matriculation size with each successive school year. The Happy Place will be located outside Santa Fe, on a beautiful 5 acre property bordering a 4,000 acre wilderness reserve complete with a School House and other educational structures.

"We are on the cusp of something amazing!

Something so beautifully simple that to hear it would sound like “Ah-ha! OF COURSE!!”

Or even something so simple as to remind you that you always knew it was true,
and of course you did. 

And yet, it’s never been done before.

It’s finally here!! We are creating a new type of school,
where happiness is the foundation of EVERYTHING we do,
happiness is our priority above all else and as Aristotle wrote 2,300 years ago:

"Happiness is the only path that is an end to itself."

A school like this has NEVER been created before and we NEED your support.

I KNOW that we can teach children how to make every situation
that happens in life exactly and deliciously as it should be.

I KNOW that we can create a community of
Happy, Empowered, Conscious children and their families. 

I KNOW that something as simple as a kindergarten for happiness in
Northern New Mexico can create change that is unimaginable in its grandeur. 

I KNOW that art and music and lots of time in nature and being
surrounded by a happy community can heal, bring joy and pride
and open hearts to love like never before.
