Help to pay vet expenses

I rescued this puppy i found abandoned on the side of a road.
I took him home to feed him and give him some water and then i took him to the vet to get a check-up, and all the vaccination, chip,.. but expenses are a little bit too much for me to support, because the vet found out that the puppy was a little bit sick. Now the puppy is healthy again and happy, and i would like a little bit of help to pay for these expenses, so i can bring him home with me again for good. I named him Skippy.
