As you are aware this October is a very special time for local Murderinos. Even if you’re not attending one of the live shows there’s always the chance to bump in to K&G around town, maybe you're their Lyft driver from the airport or you can just stalk their hotel (in a nice way like with bagels). Wouldn’t it be great if as a community we could come together (all Murderinos, not just folks going to the shows) to present Karen and Georgia with an amazing welcome gift?
Gift? What exactly do you mean Lisa? Jewelry, chocolates, rescue pets? All good ideas but how about instead we run a guerilla fundraising campaign 7/1 thru 9/30 to raise money for some f*in amazing causes like End the Backlog, Boston Area Rape Crisis Center and Planned Parenthood? It’s 3 shows so funds will be split equally between those 3 groups. We're doing this as online crowdfunding campaign so anyone can donate any time but during the 3 months we'll also do some fun stuff like an online auction, pass the hat at local Murderino meet-ups, maybe we have some amazingly crafty Murderinos offer incentives for donating/fundraising, maybe we do a virtual 5K, that kind of thing? And now we're live! Return your empties, plan your "fun"draising meetups and start funneling $s here so at the end of September we have a hefty some to split amongst those 3 organizations!

In all seriousness, it would be great if as a community we were able to put a little spare time and a little spare change towards spreading some positivity on this planet.
