Stewartstown Summer Theatre has been providing quality community youth theatre for young people in southern York County and northern Maryland for 38 years. The theatre has touched and changed the lives of thousands of young people by giving them the tools to become who they were created to be.

    For many years, SUMC Summer Theatre has been blessed by school and community theatre groups who have been willing to loan sound equipment to us. In order to be a good partner with these groups it is important that we begin to decrease our reliance on the ability to borrow such valuable resources. With your support Summer Theatre would like to purchase an additional 5 wireless  microphone systems that will be compliant with new FCC regulations and provide years of dependable service.

   Rentals are great, they provide tools you don't need every day... trouble is, for years, Stewartstown Summer Theatre has rented much of the same lighting equipment again and again,  paying the purchase price over the years. With your support we would like to purchase 8-10 professional grade LED lighting fixtures that will help to minimize our annual rentals while also providing  for the larger church community (children's and youth ministry,  seasonal events, etc.) with valuable and professional grade tools.
