Hey,
It's me Nia, your favorite nomadic artist writer friend back with great news! As some of you may know I've been working on my first manuscript for a while now. I began working on it at the VONA Writing Workshop July 2017, an experience which changed my life and wouldn't have been possible without your support. Since then I've taken on a full time job and it's been hard to manage a creative life and work 9-5.
Luckily, I've been offered a fellowship to the Summer Literary Seminar which will be taking place in Tbilisi, Georgia in July of this year. This two week long writing seminar will give me the space to write in a way I haven't been able to in a long time. I will get the opportunity to workshop my fiction writing with Ru Freeman, author of "A Disobedient Girl" and take classes on the art of personal narrative writing with Kevin Sessum , the former Executive Editor of Interview Magazine.

Even with my fellowship my tuition amounts to about 1500 not including travel, accommodation and food. Travel to Europe in the summer is expensive, I may very well spend 1000 dollars in transportation alone. My airbnb is estimated to be around 250 for the two weeks and I will still need to feed myself while abroad.
Will you please help me experience this international writing seminar?
