Dear friends,
My name is Albert Roberts, and I need your help. Some months back, I fell off fell off truck bed and suffered a hip injury. The injury was taken care of, but I suffered a loss of blood flow to the bone, causing Avascular Necrosis. So now I must get a hip replacement, which is scheduled for this April 11th.
The doctor requires that I pay a portion of the surgery up-front before surgery can take place. Insurance pays 80%, leaving me with a balance of 20% that the hospital refuses to accept payments on - they require the entire balance of $2,000 up front. But changed price to $5,000 forgive me . till I realized I stayed longer more than 1 week April 11th to 18th supposed go home on 12th. so I cannot afford the bill - I am a Deaf individual currently on disability. If I do not get this surgery, then my hip will collapse, and I'll be stuck in a wheelchair with an 18 month old son and wife to support.
