My name is Monica Hamel and I am studying abroad the Spring semester of 2018 in Lyon, France. This is a requirement for me since I am a French major at my university.
After starting this process, I have realized that it will cost me much more than I was expecting and while my tuition will cover a lot with my exchange program, it will not cover all. I need money for my phone plan, my housing, food, and a plane ticket.
The amount is this high on the campaign to make sure that I will have enough (or more than enough) money to help me survive in France.
