Student Graduation Ceremonies

Those who know me, know the past few years of my life have been dedicated to my students and staff here at BPP Nicaragua. Our graduation is approaching next weekend and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances of a grant being delayed, we do not have the funds needed to cover expenses to celebrate our kids the way they deserve. They have all worked so hard this year at both of our centers and we want to celebrate them properly and send them off with a bang.


So as this past Wednesday (November 6th) was my birthday, I am asking for any donations possible to help us make our graduation ceremonies for each school bright & fun as we had planned, in leu of any gift to me-forward it on to my kiddos.



Any little bit will help us get a sound system, proper seating, decoration supplies, transportation and refreshments for our students and families to enjoy the day.

More information about Barrio Planta Project : The Barrio Planta Project is a community development, education and arts initiative that provides the children from the low-income neighborhood, ‘La Planta’ in San Juan del Sur and Escamequita, Nicaragua with educational programs. Through these classes, along with extra-curricular activities and community development projects, they are able to discover their skills, passions, confidence and pride for an overall more fulfilling, successful and rewarding life.
