Stroke survivor future and recovery

 My name is Leo, I am 38. I had a stroke... Let me tell you a story... I live in Holland tiny baby then we moved to Surname (South America), I love that but the then the government small country, "war"... get out of the country. Five when I went back to Holland, then to England. (My mum is English) Boring, boring, boring school(some people different but me boring...)(13) Florida !!! Hot and lovely, mechanics I like a lot... highest score in the country, 18 then... Ferrari and Lamborghini technician... '06 then... but then sailboat, by own sailboat... Bahamas, Turkus and Caicos, Dominican Republic... Nice people there, very nice !!! I sold my so your sailboat and moved on. Uruguay next !!! Married and then here (England) Sheffield, Ferrari and Lamborghini technician, (Oil... climate change!!! Ice melting !!!)again... two more years and then Uruguay !!! Baby family, my son !!! Little Leo !!! Is so smart, really smart... I love him to pieces !!!

Back to the story, Poor Olly, second baby, then doctors told me all in the heart... heart surgery... but it died, sad, sad, sad.. tragedy, long story....

Anyway, back to the story... Cool, cool buildings, small houses and designed it myself !!!!! Seven buildings and then... Do use I did this then... Then the excellent... almost kill me... send a stroke... weird feeling in my legs and working all the time, then to bed. Waking up and blackout... 3 months, at the hospital. Three times three surgeon... my dad and my brother flew over on an aeroplane (Holland) cared for me in the hospital every day... why me I, wondered(so many people help me, that's wonderful☺️)... England in the wheelchair, Tina and Georgie my sisters help me every step of the way !!! Right side of my face doesn't work, but slowly it's gets better and better every day !!! No I live on my own groceries and everything, amazing !!! (Left side of my, 60% gone. I think is tough but I can't spell very well, now. Apple is brilliant .. Right side is good aquaponics and houses, yes thank god ☺️) I go to the gym 5 times a week 2 swimming, treadmill. Getting better and better every day !

Why did that happen.... Science !!!
I didn't know that, chicken and turkey and ham and eggsand cows really healthy, so I thought... Eating meat is bad, really bad for you I didn't not, gorillas, bonobos or vegan (0.001 ants)!!!! Gorillas and bonobos they never get cancer, never get cancer !!! Vegans need of 10 years (more or less) longer, that's good !!!!!!!!
Lions, wolves, bears shortcuts, 3-6 meters. Elephants , gorillas , antelope, (humans) it's sector, have longer, 10-16 meters !!!! Heart arteries now I'm not, (chicken, cows.....) now I'm vegan !!!!
Curry is my favourite (Black rice (Chinese) is good, really good) meal !!! I'm happy, happy !!!!! Science !!!!!! Garlic, dates, apples, bananas, cherries, melons... . Sushi seaweed, very, very good one of those, awesome !!!! Beetroot, one day, kiwi one, or two a day, I day oatmeal or something, go to the gym feel good absolutely good, coffee ☕️, anything you want, try it and see !!!!! Science !!!!!

Aeroponics (Aquaponics) food at the table !!! Aeropanics is plastic tanks, water, fish (vegan!) and sunshine, broccoli, kale, courgettes, onions, garlic, cucumbers, leaks, and on, and on .....I want the build the system to !!!
Lightning for that these system use about ninety percent less water than a conventional garden, not to mention they're going to produce generally about 10 times more per square foot than a conventional garden and also do it in less time !!!!
