We are the Stressed and Depressed Ass'n of Vancouver, a not-for-profit cannabis dispensary in Vancouver BC, Canada. We are in the process of getting our business license from the city.
Unfortunately, we had a recent armed robbery on Sunday, Oct 16. The robbers caused a tramatic experience for our two staff members and stole most of our stock and cash.
The city requires us to pay a security consultant to finish off our last stage of the licensing requirements. With the robbery having occurred, it is now impossible to pay the security consultant fee at this time. It is $5000 to get one in. We need to get this done hopefully in a month, so we have time to deal with the finalization of the licensing process.
We are hoping we can recover from this so that we can continue to provide quality medicine to our members. This shop has been a dream of ours for years and it is crushing to see how fast it might get taken away. Any donation will be much appreciated. Donations will be met with a free consultation with our medical practitioner, if interested in becoming a member.
