Hello Family and Friends!
Happy New Year! My life is in a fantastic whirlwind right now. I have never felt so inspired with vision and motivation, than I do right now!
I have stumbled (quite literally) upon an amazing opportunity! I was walking and praying about the direction I should go with my business, and I happened upon a vacant salon space, with a building manager who seems to want to lease to me! I was immediately flooded with vision and inspiration. So now I’m trying to find a way to make it happen!
I have been encouraged to pursue crowd funding, not only because of the quick need of financial assistance, but also, to invite you into the opportunity to be a part of fulfilling a vision =)
Who will benefit?
Hopefully everyone! My aim is to build the salon and team. To provide a work environment where people feel valued, encouraged, and given opportunity to grow. Many do not feel this in their workplace, thus, I want to change that and provide something great. In turn, when staff is happy and growing, so is the salon and vice versa. A joyful, inspired salon provides excellent service and pours into their guests. I seek to build a salon business that encourages staff to learn, grow, and thrive, providing education and products, in holistic health and beauty.
What will the funds be used for?
The opportunity to seize a great opportunity! I have been given a heart and a vision to pour into others and help them grow. I would like to do this in my business. Thus, I want to jump on this blessed opportunity to have my own salon, to grow, and see the vision through. In the breakdown, the money raised will go towards getting everything ready to serve guests efficiently and well.
* Salon furniture.
* Organic hair color and products
* Lighting and miscellaneous details to get the salon ready for service
When do I need the funds?
Because this opportunity has sprung upon me, and the desired space is available now, I need to act fast. When enough money has been raised to furnish and stock the studio, I will sign the lease and get right to work! I am ready to get the year started right, so my aim is to raise all necessary funds by January 14, 2018. I know, this is quick!
