Stop 180' Cell Tower In Front Yard

Donation protected
My Name is Ed Dees, my wife and I live in a small town in Clover SC on Hampshire Street near the corner of Walnut Street.
Verizon Wireless/TowerCom is trying to put a 180 foot tall cell phone tower directly in front of my home, my neighbor’s homes and across the street from a church. The lot is a small .35 acres lot located in our residential neighborhood beside a closed American Thread Mill plant uptown Clover on main street at 210 Walnut Street.
One day one of the neighbors/town council members saw a drilling rig on the lot and stopped to ask what was being done. They stated it was going to be a 180' Cell Phone Tower for Verizon. After questioning the Town, it was told to us that it had been approved and was going up. No one had been told about the 180' Tower! I completed an official Appeal that cost me $300 to the town. BZA board of zoning appeal met with a town employee on board so I appeal and took to Circuit Court. They sent back to Clover BZA. May 2016 BZA board voted against Verizon and stopped the tower from moving forward.
Now Verizon has now Appealed/Law Suite and named me in the Appeal/Law Suit.
I now have to raise thousands of dollars for legal defense and my neighbors and I need your help to raise money to fight Verizon and City Hall to stop this 180' Tower from being built in our neighborhood and in front of our homes/church as well as on main street Clover.
Our neighborhood is a low income area with lots of retired long term home owners to disabled neighbors, seniors and veterans who all live on limited incomes.  I work a full time job at Lowe's and my wife is disabled and stays at home all day. I am concerned for her health being just feet from this 180' cell tower.
We feel that Verizon selected this location and the Town approved this location because we are a low income area and do not have the money to fight either of them.  We have filed an official nuisance complaint with the town about the overgrowth of the Mill site and they still have not enforced town codes with the owner of the mill property.
The owner of the mill property just bought this lot for the cell tower in 2014, Verizon first site survey is noted as May 2014. The Town deleted the current Tower Ordinance in 2014 that would not allow the 180' Cell Tower and made a new Town Ordinance that would allow the 180' Cell Tower that would go into effect January 1, 2015. Verizon had all their Blueprints completed January 21, 2015.

Our Circuit Court date is November 02, 2016.

I bought my home 10 years ago and have all my money in my home, my wife is sick and me or my low income neighbors can’t just pick up and move from our homes. The only choice that we have is to fight to stop this Cell Tower from being put in our neighborhood and in our front yards.  We are proud hard working citizens and would not ask anything from anyone but this is our lives and our homes. Please Help us fight for our homes and our lives.
You cannot believe how Thankful that my wife, my neighbors and I are for those that have already helped and how appreciated for your heartfelt donation.
Thank You
