As a lot of people know, A fire broke out sometime in the night on 09/11/18 at our restaurant, and we lost everything. For us, the “we” in that statement doesn’t just include owners and their families, it’s all of our staff, their families and ultimately our community. We worked to build a dream, to love people with food, to try to bring our community back together, and to provide jobs in our area. Our employees are our family, they all have a story, they all have a history, and it’s those things that make them unique and made them fit into our family. We have sweat, bled, laughed and cried together, we have celebrated milestones and supported each other in heartbreak. We want to rebuild, and we know that it’s a long process, and lots of red tape to get through while waiting for state officials and insurance companies to finish their work. Our “family” needs our community, each of them has families at home, bills to pay and life moves forward. We want to help ease that burden, to stand by them as they have for us. Any support for them is so greatly appreciated!!
