An acclaimed film This Way Up tells the story of professional mountain bike guide Andy McKenna's 10 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis and his ongoing quest for a holistic path to health. Through film screenings and Andy's ‘Stoked on MS’ charity fundraising campaign, Andy hopes to share what he’s learned.
Andy and a growing community believe there is an alternative way of managing the disabling effects of MS, and that more people deserve to know about it! It is not a pill or an injection - it’s a set of lifestyle changes which emphasise healing the body and managing MS through diet, rest and exercise.
