My name is Roscoe I am now 6 months old...
On the 20/04/2015 I was diagnosed with a childhood cancer known as Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia..
My mommy and daddy were told its common in young children over 1 years of age, but very rare in babies like me!
My mommy has made this page to show my life throughout my treatment and stay at Birmingham Childrens Hospital..
The doctors have told mommy and daddy that i intend to be here untill October/November time,but hopefully if im well enough in between my treatment i will be allowed to have day leave at home!
Its tough on my family as we are always apart and will be for a long time. I miss my daddy and my 3 older brothers!
My mommy has set this up so that when i am allowed home we can do special day trips together as a family, and when i am better we can go on a well deserved once in a life time family holiday which will be a special one.....
Also if any of you parents have children that are ill its always best to get a second opinion, as my mommy took me to the doctors and the hospital and was discharged because they said i had an allergic reaction, but my mommy was persistant and took me back to a&e where i was admitted on the 02/04/2015, and then transferred to Birmingham Childrens Hospital on 03/04/2015.
They diagnosed me properly and I have been here ever since with only 3 days at home in the last 6 weeks!
This was in walsall Manor Hospital 02/04/2015.....
