This is my first race since 2016 (and first of my 40s!) and I'm hoping to get a great time.
Age UK Richmond is a suberb charity that does a huge ammount of vital work in the borough. We provide a range of services to help promote physical and emotional wellbeing through a variety of ways. We provide group activities to improve fitness, develop new skills and build confidence. We offer practical and emotional one to one support that provides companionship and the ability to stay living at home independently for longer. We also campaign and promote issues affecting local older people, providing volunteering opportunities and build stronger communities.
