Steve Hamel Medical Fund

Last month Steve started having seizures and a brain bleed. They originally thought he may have suffered a stroke. During surgery they discovered he had brain cancer and his diagnosis is Stage IV Glioblastoma, which is a very aggressive form of cancer.

At this time it doesn't look promising for him to return to work. He is on anti-seizure medicine and recently started radiation and chemo. The company we work for is doing  everything they can to help him but some of his coworkers want to help him also. Steve was in our new hire orientation class when we all started last May. While some of us work in different areas now, most of us keep in touch with each whether it be saying hi when we see each other in the break room, working together on the same production lines, or hanging out together outside of work. 

Steve is 46 years old. A loving father, fiance and friend. Please do whatever you can to help. Even if you can't help with a donation, please considering sharing this on your facebook page. Every little bit helps.

We have started the goal at $1,000 but there will be no limit. We will continue to raise it each time the goal is reached, or close to being reached. All money raised will go directly to Steve and his family. We are only involved to get this set up because we wanted to help. Once this is up and established we will be transferring it over to Steve and his family.
