Stacy's Story
Stacy Crowder, a loving husband and father of two young daughters, was diagnosed with ALS on August 11, 2016.
If you're familiar with ALS (also referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease), then you know it is a devastating neurological disease that progressively shuts down the body's ability to speak, eat, move or even breathe. Care needs therefore increase rapidly as the disease progresses, and currently there is no way to slow down or cure ALS.
As you can imagine, the disease has already taken an enormous emotional, physical and financial toll on Stacy and his family. They need help.

We're trying to raise as much money as we can to help cover the quickly-escalating costs associated with Stacy’s care. We have conservatively estimated these to be more than $100,000 – and this is beyond the costs covered by his insurance. Any funds raised beyond Stacy's care needs will go to a college savings fund for his two young daughters (ages 11 and 6). Stacy also wishes to donate a small percentage of anything collected through this initiative to the local ALS foundation, so that future research initiatives may be supported.
