Stephen & Kirstin Horan

My brother, sister and nephew lost their home to the Carr fire on Saturday July 27th 2018. Their 6 year wedding Anniversary to be exact!  Stephen is a surgical tech at the local hospital Mercy, while my sister is a Shasta College nursing student. Kirstin was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the age of 16 and is a strong survivor, my brother in law lost his father in 2013. Nothing can break these two!!
