Children's Hospital Transfer

My cousin Stephanie Beltran (currently 16) was visiting family in Sinaloa, Mexico when she felt sick. She is currently in a small hospital where there are very little resources and she even has to acquire her own medication. The hospital where she is currently at considers her an adult and therefore won't transfer her here to California to a Children's Hospital without this large fee. All they keep telling us is that her Pancreas is leaking fluid and she needs an emergency surgery which they will not perform because of the severity. She has been there since December 27 and we need to transfer her as soon as possible. Any donation will help! Thank you in advance.
