Thrive MWV is a program founded by young professionals in the Mount Washington Valley. Our Mission Statement is: “A funded partnership program to allow individuals to explore career opportunities within the MWV.”
Thrive MWV's goal is to raise money that will provide local 16-19 year old students support while pursuing certificates, licenses, apprenticeships or other similar programs that will help them to launch careers in the MWV.
This program is in response to the increasing need for post high-school aged working professionals in a growing local economy. Applicants will be students from Fryeburg Academy, Kennett High School, or Eagle Academy.
We will work with the Leadership program Stay MWV, since our program is a natural fit to the “Stay” message, which is “To attract and retain a vibrant and engaged young professional presence in the Mt Washington Valley”. Our niche will be to help young adults who are not pursuing a career that requires a college education, but one that is meaningful and financially promising within the MWV.
