Our dear friend Kay was physically assualted on the night of Nov. 17th, 2018 at Terminal 5 in New York City. Kay is a trans, gender non-conforming  activist and educator of color who was wrongfully targeted in a music venue by attendes. Kay endured injuries to the face that required medical attention. They were rushed to Bellueve Hospital Center where they were seen by emergency room doctors. Kay does not have medical insurance and is unsure of future medical expenses and billing.
