Meet Tarley! Tarley is my hero. My life was blessed with Tarley about 7 years ago when I was brand new to the dental front office world. I remember Tarley's job posting like I read it yesterday! When I moved to AZ I stumbled across her job posting while looking for my new career spot; she posted that she was seeking a "SUPERSTAR Front Office" and I thought "that could totally be me". I didn't have any front office experience, but luckily Tarley saw my potential, she saw ME! She took a chance because she saw in me what I didn't even know was there yet. With Tarley's lead, I learned how to really succeed in the new position I'd taken on.
My life moved on and I moved within the dental world, taking new steps in my career. At that point Tarley became by personal coach; I knew her guidance would be something I just couldn't live without. I learned that she sees people for who they are, sees the world for the magic life has to give and literally changes people from the inside out. She has touched and changed more lives than I think even she can attempt to understand. With every move she makes, someone's life is positively effected!
Tarley was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and in that moment my heart broke for her, for her kids, for her friends and family, for everyone she's impacted already and for the people she hasn't even touched the lives of yet. I remember writing her a text one day, "I am not ready to lose you. You are someone who has changed and impacted my life." . I know that in that moment I spoke for so many of us who have been lucky enough to have her in our lives.
