Kenney Bui

This fundraiser is in remembrance of Kenney Bui and in support of his family. Kenney, Seattle native, was entering his senior year of high school and was critically injured while playing in the football game for Evergreen High School on October 2, 2015. He was admitted to the ICU at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. He suffered injuries due to head related trauma. He had surgery, but sadly we lost him on October 5, 2015. He was 17 years old.
His family lost a loving son, brother, nephew, and grandson. He was looking forward to graduating from high school and attending college to fulfill his dreams. He was an exceptional student with a 3.8 GPA balancing school work and sports.
We lost a good friend who cared about others while always having a smile on his face. Kenney was a great individual who was well liked by everyone. He was funny, gentle, and polite with a heart of gold. His passion for football was unsurpassed. His life was cut short while playing the game that he loved.
His memory will live on due to the family’s decision to help others by donating his organs.
We are raising money for the Bui family to help pay for his medical bills, funeral, and other expenses during a difficult time. All proceeds will go directly to the Bui family.
