St Peter's Empire Mock Trial Team

We take part in Bar Mock competitions, through our school - St Peter' - in Bournemouth, where we act as barristers and witnesses, spending many hours a week perfecting roles and understanding the law. The team ranges from year 10 - year 13. After much hardwork and determination, we came 1st in Regionals (which took place in oxford) and 6th in Nationals (which took place in Cardiff); we have now been invited to take part in the International Championships in New York, USA. This monumental task of getting to know American law and objections is proving to be a difficult but rewarding journey. The competition is in November and the members of the team are finding it difficult to raise enough money to spend 7 days in New York for a once in a life time competition as ths cost is very expensive We need as much funding as possible to make the dream of competing in the International Championships a reality. Every member of the team is enthusiastic and ambitious, with many wanting to pursue careers in law, attending this competition will give us a huge advantage to establish our passion further. Any donation is much appreciated as even a small amount will mean a lot to us.
