St Catharine's Under Fives

My name is Nikki, I am raising money for St Catharine’s Under Fives. Sadly during the Christmas period St Catharine’s was broken into and had two laptops, two cameras and a mobile phone along with other items stolen. This has deeply saddened the parents and community. St Catharine’s receive funding from the government that covers the free hours of child care that parents receive, this combined with fees paid cover staffing costs, rent, insurance and operational costs. However that’s where it stops. Anything else such as equipment, resources, developing the play area and giving the children new opportunities is all reliant on fundraising. So to have reaources of such great value stolen that the staff and parents have worked hard to fundraise for along with other items is very upsetting. I have set this page up in response to people coming forward and wishing to donate to help the team get back on track to providing for children in the local community.
