Jose's Medical Expenses

Donation protected
Ten years ago Jose had to have a knee replacement surgery after an accident build working  construction. Three weeks ago he was unable to walk and went in the ER expecting them to give him pain medication and send him home. Instead he was told he had a severe infection that had gone to his blood and he was admitted and told he would need to undergo surgery. For the next two weeks a series of events occurred as they were unable to find anyone who could perform the surgery because of the complications with the infection. Last week he finally underwent surgery in which they cleaned out the infection and removed the knee. This past week he had a second surgery to remove the original rod in his femur and removed part of his tibia. Because he has had have blood transfusions the next two surgeries to replace the rod and and continue to remove infection have been postponed until next week. He will be sent home for a few weeks with a temporary knee and then come back to the LA area for another knee replacement surgery. Because the incident took place in LA, Kim has been down here with him in the hospital. Kim had just gotten a job prior to this and then now has been let go because she was here and unable to work. In addition, Jose is now also out of work. While he is itching to get back to work he will be unable to do so for at least 3 months if not longer. In addition, there are now mounting bills due to lack of work as well as additional cost they are incurring because  of the hospital stay.  Your prayers and financial support are greatly appreciated.

Thank You!
