Re-Build Sri Durga Mandir Fund

Sri Durga Mandir is a not for profit organization which was form on July 28, 1993. It was located at 114 Arlington Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11207. Due to a fire in August of 2012 and the demands of the devotees we are now relocating at 135 Avenue and 126 Street, Wakefield, South Ozone Park, New York. We are waiting on various permits to rebuild. Soon we are going to fence the land and start building the mandir once we raise enough funds. The entire mandir will be built out of white marbles carved in India. The Mandir burnt down due to the lighting of diyas, started on the murti of lord Hanuman Ji and then spread elsewhere. We posted pictures to explain the damages. All our murtis were destroyed by the fire and water damaged by the fire department. For your information all donations are tax-exempt.
