Firewood For Standing Rock

We are coordinating with supply crews on the ground at Standing Rock in the various camps for the past few days to set up the logistics to pick up and deliver over 10+ semi loads of good firewood to the camps at Standing Rock.
So far the tribe has been spending $1,000+ per day to rent Uhaul equipment and pay drivers to get firewood into camp. This truck and trailer will save a lot of money and time and get the wood to camps where it is needed much more quickly and efficiently!
We are now fundraising with a network of other groups to generate the $30K needed to purchase a new 20ft dump trailer ($13K) and truck to pull it ($10K - $17K).
** We currently have approx $9,000 towards this goal.
With this equipment crew at Standing Rock will be able to haul in wood stockpiled and intended for this purpose.
This trailer will also be able to bring in other supplies like water, propane, and medical gear needed for the camps.

At the completion of this campaign, we will transfer all of these donated funds directly to coordinators at Oceti Sakowin.
The "tribe" will own this dump trailer and truck, and title will be put in the name of an LLC jointly owned by tribe members for dedicated use at Standing Rock.
