My Car Was Totalled By A Tornado

Hi, my name is Lynne & today while I was at work we recieved a cell phone alert that there was a tornado warning in the area.  Within 10 minutes the skies became pitch black & the rains & winds became relentless.  It all happened so fast... When the skies cleared a bit one of my co-workers went outside & ran back in to tell us the parking lot & pool area were heavily damaged.  I went outside and my car was under uprooted trees, two windows were blown out  including side window & back window  & smashed windshield.
My car is old and I have no comp or collision and my insurance company said there was nothing they could do to help me. I work two jobs & need to be able to get back & forth.  My jobs are both 27 miles each way.  I am reaching out to my friends, family and anyone else who can possibly help me purchase a vechicle.
I would be forever grateful for any help at all. I have never asked anyone for anything like this, but I'm not sure where else to turn. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.  Lynne
