John Spratt Jr passed away on September 3rd after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer. He was diagnosed in January with stage IV colon cancer that had already spread to his liver. He left behind a beautiful wife and two children.
Ever since his passing, my family has received an outpouring of love and support. We have frequently been asked if there's anything that can be done to help. Please consider making a donation to support the Spratt family during this incredibly difficult time, so that they can focus on healing instead of mounting financial pressures. As an alternative, the family also suggests that donations be made to either Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care center, where John received treatment and extremely compassionate care, or to East Boise Youth Baseball, so that his love of the game may go on.
