Spencer is a cute and darling little puppy with a big heart, and unfortunately a Huge heart issue.
He needs to have a surgery, He was left at the door of the shelter unable to move and not going anywhere.
These cases usually end in death for a tiny little guy like Spencer but this vet never gave up and she worked with him.
When he arrived at OFOSA he walked sideways and fell down a lot. His foster family started his rehab and they got him up and moving.
He went to Healing Arts and it was found he has a huge heart murmur and is blind in one eye.
The blind he won't notice, but the heart will be the end of him if he doesn't get his surgery.
