Medical Bill

Hi everyone! My name is Sheldon Deans, and i'm in need of help. To be clear to what this GoFund me is for, it is for my appendix surgery I received almost two years ago. I am currently twenty years old, I work part-time, and I am enrolled as a full-time student for becoming a Software Engineer. Throughout my life, I have always succumbed to viruses/illnesses due to me having an extremely weak immune system. I've been to the emergency room countless times, I have had about three surgeries, and piles of bills have been coming along with each visit. My first surgery was due to me bashing my skull in Elementary school in a game of kickball, I turned around and caught a ball that someone threw at me so I wouldn't get "out". But, sure enough I tripped, hit the side of my skull on the brick wall and hello ambulance. My second visit was due to very inflammed bowel movements (I know that's nasty) but one day, a pool of blood just came out of me, and we knew something was wrong. I had to get these little polyp's inside of me laser removed. Then, my latest visit, I was experiencing random sharp pains in my stomach, then eventually it was so bad I fell to the ground. My dad rushed me to the emergency room, and then yay I have appendicitis. I had to get my appendix removed and I just carried on with life. Sure enough, my bill has recently been turned to collections, and unless I get it paid by January 29th, my credit score is gonna drop MAJORLY. The thing is, I just started building my credit and collection drops can stay on my credit for about 7 years, and that's a very terrible start. I currently can't afford to pay it myself due to me having to pay off student loans, food, etc. I barely have any money to myself, and there's no way I can afford to pay this off on my own within this time span, my dad is already helping with my other bills, and all I ask is for anyone to help me with this bill.
