Southill Honours Seamus Memory

Hi everyone as you might be aware recently Seamus Houlihan was laid to rest,following his sad passing in a fire in what has always been the family home,while we will remember himself and his late wife Geraldine as lovely people,we also acknowledge the voluntary work that Seamus always did for the elderly and indeed our Community and all done with so much dedication and for the rights of the vulnerable and those who had no-one who cared about them,so it brings me to highlight the plight of James who now also has lost his family home in the heart of Southill, the home is completely destroyed by smoke,water and fire damage,and there is No house insurance,be honest it could happen to anyone of us,it doesn't bear thinking about,As a Community Southill is well known for being the first and best to respond to help their own in times of need,and by God this is a big need,l have given it a lot of thought and l believe we can start a project to not only clear out and repair the home,but also fit it out with new furniture,not luxurious,but a nice liveable home once more and give James back the only thing that can bring him comfort and that is the family home,which will still be full of the lovely long lingering memories of past times shared with his mam and dad,this is not only a family tragedy it's a Community tragedy, l believe it would be a fitting tribute to Seamus Houlihan legacy,so as of now myself Marytina Fitzpatrick and Stephen Hayes better known as Twin Hayes,both from kincora Park are launching this fundraising campaign,tomorrow we will have a FB page dedicated to the campaign,we have received permission to launch a Go fund me page,and what the plan is hopefully to get Community people on board,but also the following

I have to say first and foremost all will be updated on the designated FB page and l need to say that the Go Fund Me page funds will only be used to purchase household equipment,furniture etc.all donations will be reciepted .
