Sound Affect International 2017

Sound Affect International is a US registered 501(c)3 organization that is committed to encouraging and empowering youth through music.

In June 2017, teams will travel to both Haiti and the Dominican Republic to provide music education clinics. They will visit the towns of Loma de Cabrera (DR), Tilori (Haiti) and the Central Pleateau region (Haiti). These teams will be volunteering their time and energy to work with communities, orphans and street children to continue the music programs that they have established over the past few years. Sound Affect International is focused on creating and spreading hope through music and arts.


All of the the funds raised will help to support several aspects of this trip including violins, music and instrument supplies. A portion of the funds will also go towards easing the cost of travel for the interns that have been selected to teach these clinics. 

Ideally, we would hope to raise these funds as soon as possible. Considering the trip begins in the third week of June 2017, fundraising for this trip is time sensitive.


**The funds raised for this campaign will not go directly to one team member, it is a communal fundraising page for Sound Affect International and the funds will be spread out to cover the needs and materials for this trip.
