Soul Edge New Zealand - Leadership Course Funding

Hi all, thank you for taking the time to look and consider supporting me as a leader of Soul Edge New Zealand!
A bit about me... My name is Sam. I am currently a second-year Applied Theology Student in the UK. I love sports and adventures, particularly climbing and hiking. I have a passion to see young adults, and ultimately all people, come to know Jesus and live their life fully and wholly for him.
What am I raising money for? In the third year of my Applied Theology degree, I have the privilege of serving with a church or charity either in the UK or abroad. As such, in February 2020 I will be going out to New Zealand for 10 weeks to help lead a new Soul Edge leadership course being set up there. Since I was one of the participants in the 2017 Soul Edge Gap Year program in Canada, I jumped at the opportunity to join them again, this time as a leader, knowing the impact this course had on my life and others on the same program.
What will I be doing? As a leader on Soul Edge, I will be delivering teaching to "SoulEdgers" (those who go on the Soul Edger program), walking alongside them to answer their questions about faith and life, and praying with them, pointing them to Jesus. I will also help run activities to push the SoulEdgers further physically, mentally, and spiritually. Additionally, I will be helping to lead the team during the missions phase of the course in Vanuatu. Though this is not an exhaustive list, I can positively say that the majority of my time and effort will be spent investing into SoulEdgers, with the aim to see them grow in their relationship with God and see them become world changers and kingdom builders.
Why am I raising money? The leaders who run the Soul Edge programs are not paid, and as such, they need to raise funds to continue the awesome work that they do. I am aiming to raise at least £2000 to go towards basic costs. The majority of the money will cover the flights to and from the UK to New Zealand and flights to and from Vanuatu where mission phase is. It will also cover some of the accommodation, living and insurance costs. I will be contributing money towards these costs and any other additional costs through working when I am available outside of my studies. Any additional funding beyond this will go directly to Soul Edge to support the day to day running of the organisation, whether that be mission outreach projects, vehicle and house maintenance, adventure kit, or leaders costs!
When do I need the funds by? I am aiming to book my flights to NZ at the start of June 2019. All other fees will need to be done around the same time. However, the earlier I hit my donations goal the better, as it means I can focus less on funding and more on preparation for leading the course!
Can you help me get to Soul Edge New Zealand?! If you are able and willing to donate, a massive thank you! MORE ABOUT SOUL EDGE: Soul Edge is an incredible organisation that specializes in running intensive leadership training courses for young adults which challenge the attendees holistically: physically, mentally and spiritually.
The vision of Soul Edge: "We want to disciple Christians in such a way that sets young guys and gals up for life. Teaching them how to embed their identity in Christ, how to run to God when things get tough and how to adopt a lifestyle of mission without burning out! They split the course into two phases: the three month training phase and the two month mission phase. Our main aim is to teach the team how to develop and cultivate a ‘missional lifestyle’, not just learn to ‘do a mission trip’.
