Sophia the bionic kitty

My name is Karolyn, I am a combat wounded Veteran, having deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and been injured by a Roadside bomb, I know what it takes to get up, dust yourself off and fight through. I met Sophia and Leonidas, the Official Ambassadors to the San Diego Humane Society via their FB page and fell in love.  However, Sophia had oneeee little problem... Her umbilical cord had been wrapped around her leg when she was born.. She survived by herself with this... When I found her- I had an idea! 
I teamed up with a tech lab in San Diego and have created a prototype prosthetic!!  ALLL funds raised go to the ALL VOLUNTEER designers on the prosthetic project. In turn- So
phia will be a therap y cat for kids with bone cancer and our local Veterans houses at Balboa...
