My name is Ostap Vovk. I have lived in Kent, WA for the past 8 years. I am a cousin of Alla and Ulyana Chikh. Due to the complicated circumstances of the killing, Ulyana (Alla's sister) stepped up to organize the funeral, make sure Alla's children are taken care of, and resolve all administrative steps related to the incident. To lessen her burden, a little, I have set up this campaign to streamline an avenue for those who are willing to donate. All donations will be withdrawn and entrusted personally to Ulyana Chikh. All the proceeds will be used to pay for the funeral of Alla and legal expenses related to the future of Alla's children.
