Bro. Al's Musical Campaign for Peace and Civility

My name is Brother Al Mascia and I am a Franciscan Friar who for years has been serving the poor and homeless sometimes in very curious  ways; like pedaling a bicycle cart around Downtown Detroit! Many friends have helped to support that work and for that I thank you!

But I am also a singer/songwriter who is particularly concerned about the climate of fear, division and incivility that exists in our society these days. I am in the middle of composing an album of original songs intended to address some of these issues so that an alternative voice may be heard amidst all of the vitriol. This will all come together as a musical production I plan to take on the road next Spring. Please check out one of my musical videos on this site.
