Hi,
I started a campaign because I am no longer able to work in my career as a licensed Healthcare Aide(STNA). My health has declined from pain, caused from bone loss & various problems, in my joints. The daily physical requirements of repeated lifting and moving physically dependant clients was more demanding than my body can tolerate. I have no income to support my living expenses and pay my monthly bills.
I applied for SSD in March 2018 and will be going to Court for the Hearing in front of a Judge on July 19, 9:30a.m.
An MRI of my right shoulder shows a muscle tear. That's why I constantly feel pain. I have mild arthritis in my joints. I take Advil for pain relief( thankful that my Dr. wrote an RX for it)!
