SLGS on a Mission!

We are seeking your support!  There are 20 people on our team. 15 high school students, 2 college students and 3 chaperones travelling to Puerto Rico this June to help some Hurricane Maria victims rebuild their homes. There are 32 homes in disrepair in a small area called Dorado. These homes all need major work, but they are ineligible for Federal Aid because the families are unable to document their ownership of the homes (despite years of residency). This will be an awesome opportunity to connect with the community, share meals, and work directly alongside residents in this area to help make a difference in their lives. 

By going on this trip we will be providing resources to help complete the project as well, as a portion of the money we pay, goes directly to the repairs.

So, we are asking you to invest in us :).

Our lives are busy and complicated and not everyone can get away like this to help others.  But by financially supporting us; we can be your hands and your face that will bring people hope and happiness!
