CARE-A-VAN FOR SKY CLIFF

Sky Cliff Center is raising funds to help with the purchase of a van
with wheelchair capability.  The van will be used to provide rides to
persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Sky Cliff provides CARE YOU CAN TRUST - CLOSE TO HOME.
We add value to the lives of adults with special needs by helping
participants maintain independence and continue to function in 
the community for as long as possible.

To these ends our Vision is to provide Adult Day Care services
focused on holistic health maintenance including meaningful 
activity, projects that help others and the community, socialization 
and health status monitoring.  These services are offered in an
environment of open space, blue skies, mountain views and 
wildflowers.
