Hello! If you watch the linked video then Mike Rowe has explained what SkillsUSA is, if not then here is a brief overview! SkillsUSA is a student-based, student-run organization focused of pairing students, teachers, and industry leaders to close the skills gap.  I am a state officer for this organization and also I won gold in the state conference for Job Demo A.  This means I get to compete at Nationals this year in Louisville, Kentucky.  This GoFundMe page is so that I can afford the travel, hotel, and food while I am there.  This means a lot to me because SkillsUSA has been a big part of my life for the past two years.  Competing Nationally means big scholarships, opportunities, and meeting new people from around the country.  Thank you so much for even reading this!
